  • A wide range of anthelmintic effects on round and tapeworms is based on the pharmacological effect of the components of the drug: fenbidazole, pyrantel empot, praziquantel.
    Fenbendazole (a group of benzimidazoles) inhibits the polymerization of tubulin proteins in microtubules, reduces the activity of active enzymes, causing the death of parasites from exhaustion.
  • It has a high anthelmintic activity and a wide spectrum of action, destroys mature nematode larvae, some types of tapeworms, trematodes and their eggs.
  • Pyrantel pamoate (immunate) (a group of tetrahydropyrimidine) is active against nematodes (roundworms), affects their cholinergic receptors, which leads to irreversible spastic paralysis of parasites.
  • Praziquantel is active against tapeworms (tapeworms), increases the permeability of membranes to calcium ions, causes an increase in muscle activity, which is replaced by muscle contraction and spastic paralysis, causes destruction of the outer cover of adult forms of tapeworms.

Composition :

One tablet weighing 0.7 g contains active substances:
Fenbendazole - 150.0 mg،
Pyrantel pamoate (embonate) - 144.0 mg،
Praziquantel - 50.0 mg؛

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:

Through the mouth. Tablets are given to animals separately or mixed with feed. In the following dosages:
Puppies, small dogs, cats:
0.5 tablets (0.7 g) per 2-5 kg of body weight؛
Medium dogs:
One tablet (0.7 g) per 5-10 kg of body weight؛
Large dogs:
One tablet (0.7 g) per 10 kg of body weight.
Do not give the drug to animals at the same time as feeding milk. Tablets for animals found in zoos, circuses, kennels can be crushed and fed with minced meat in a dosage proportional to the body weight of the animals. Deworming in young animals can be carried out at the age of 3-12 weeks. A single dose is given at intervals of every three weeks and then every three months.

Contraindications for use:

It is not recommended to use it simultaneously with drugs containing piperazine and other antiparasitic drugs.
It can not be used in weakened and sick animals (especially with cysticercosis of the eyes and neurocysticercosis of the spinal cord) and animals with liver disease.

Warnings:

In animals with a severe injury, side effects such as vomiting, fever, softening of the stool may be observed a few hours after taking the drug. These symptoms arise as a result of the death of helminths in the animal's body, and not as a result of taking medication. The drug can cause drowsiness in animals.

Storage:

The drug is stored in a closed manufactured package in a dry place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius.
